Industry-Institute Relations
KERN-LIEBERS provides opportunity to various trainees from different backgrounds to enhance their knowledge in the areas of their study and to get a first-hand experience and feel of the Working Conditions, Dynamics and Etiquettes of an Organization.
1. Academic Projects/ Internships/ In-plant Training of 0 to 6 months
We allow students who are pursuing various courses to understand business/ production processes. This will help them co-relate their studies with actual industry practices. Various institutes along with their pupil and staff are allowed to visit our premises and understand the organization.
2. 1 yr. Training for GTTC Students
We allow students of GTTC (Govt Tool Room and Training center) to carry out their one-year internship, which is mandatory as per their curriculum. This helps them as planform to progress in their career.
3. Apprenticeship Training of 1, 2 & 3yrs
through the NAPS (National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme) we provide opportunity for fresh students to undergo Apprenticeship of 1year, 2 years and 3 Years depending upon their Educational Qualification and company requirement. These Apprentices will become Industry Ready once they undergo the Training as per our exclusive Training Plan and Hands on experience.
4. MSW/ MBA Graduates as Management Trainees
Fresh postgraduates get an opportunity to be acclimatized to the industry/ corporate environment. This also helps KL-IN to incorporate our culture right from the start of the career.
