On 5th June 2019, KERN-LIEBERS India celebrated "World Environment day" by planting Saplings in the premises. Management and all the employees participated in this event. Mr. Anand Kumar working as Project Director in an NGO that works on Rainwater harvesting, Traditional Farming and Afforestation in the Rural areas of Tumakuru, Chitradurga and other districts around was invited to be the guest speaker.

On this occasion, Poster Designing Competition was organized for all the employees was held on 3rd June 2019. The theme as per the UN was "Air Pollution" and the same was made the topic for designing the poster. 12 employees participated actively and the top posters were awarded during the Celebration of the World Environment Day on 5^th Jun 2019.

On 7th Jun 2019, Top Management Representatives visited the nearby school “Govt. Higher Primary School, Timlapura”. Saplings were planted by them followed by speech, award ceremony and cultural program by the students. The students were made aware of the importance of preserving our environment.
