KERN-LIEBERS India is implementing Lean Manufacturing practices known as Kern-Liebers Production Systems (KLPS). As part of this, KERN-LIEBERS rolled out TPM and Shop-Floor management systems recently. Shop floor meetings are conducted at various levels daily to address the day-to-day problems and to coach and support team regularly to meet the targets.
