The celebrations started with e-mail wishes from HR to all employees followed by themed videos and messages being played in the canteen throughout the day.

The main event was organized in the company dining hall at 3pm where all the women employees along with the members of Senior Management were present. Ms. Rekha, Ms. VardhaniP and Ms. Usha took the gathering through history of the International Women’s Day and few facts related Gender inequality that prevails. The senior management team gave away gifts to all the female employees.

The women employees had a gala time among themselves. with some team building and fun exercises that were planned. The celebrations ended with Cake cutting and snacks. All the women appreciated the Management’s efforts to make this event a grand success.
