Pressing and cutting with up to 3,000 kN, measuring equipment included the world of stamping and transformation.

Stamping

Our portfolio includes presses from 50 kN to 2,500 kN.

All presses are equipped with state-of-the-art process monitoring equipment. We process material thicknesses from 0.07 mm to 6 mm.

The following tool technologies are in use

  • Combination tools to an insert diameter of 100 mm
  • Follow-up and follow-on composite tools up to an installation length of 1,800 mm
  • Cutting draw technology
  • Transfer technology
  • Of particular interest are special tools with integrated metrology and automatic selection of defective parts 

Our portfolio includes fine blanking presses from 400 kN to 5,000 kN. We process material thicknesses from 0.3 mm to 14 mm.

We specialize in components that push the limits of what is possible with stamping, working to the smallest tolerances and the most demanding surface requirements to create parts as close as possible to the final contour required by the customer without additional rework operation, and accompanied where necessary by numerical simulation in advance to ensure the success of the transformation process.
